		The villa is fully air conditioned with south facing pool and sleeps up to 8 people. It is a perfect base for your vacation with a 15 min drive to Magic Kingdom. There are 4 good sized bedrooms (2 en-suite). The villa is fully equipped and our management agent is located close by.
	The south facing secluded pool is fully screened and bathed in sunshine ALL day! It can be accessed from the master bedroom, family room and third bedroom via patio doors. There are sun loungers, table & chairs for you to relax. For evening bathing, the pool can be illuminated. Towels are provided.
		The relaxing/dining area is the perfect place to unwind and/or enjoy an evening meal. The villa also has a family room with cable TV, a Hi-Fi and DVD player to keep the kids entertained whilst you relax! Second tv in master bedroom.
