Set in the tranquil mixed community of 'The Village at Tuscan Ridge', referred to by our American neighbours as 'The Pretty House', the villa is within 9 miles of Disney. On site there is a tennis court and nearby there are around 20 golf courses! The home has a games room with pool table, foosball table, air hockey table and electronic darts. There is also a Playstation2 with games. |

The screened pool measures just over 30ft x 15ft and the large lanai to the side (not in view) is nearly 24ft x 18ft. There are numerous sun beds to laze by the pool and also a covered shaded area with table and chairs with a fan and light above - ideal for breakfasting!

The master bedroom with en suite (Jacuzzi bath, double shower, toilet and twin vanity units) is located on the ground floor and overlooks the pool with sliding patio doors. Fall out of bed and into the pool for an early morning dip to wake you up! Both masters are en suite and ALL bedrooms have TVs with cable.
The phone at the villa is FREE to use for local and national calls (excluding Alaska) and international calls to the UK and Canada. |

- Unlike most holiday villas, our villa is set in a tanquil mixed community, i.e. also has many US resident families. Experience the typical US family lifestyle!
- Both pool and lania can be fully lit at night for evening enjoyment. A BBQ is supplied for your use. Dining room table can seat up to 10 people - most villas seat only 8.
- Both a cot and baby high chair are provided FREE OF CHARGE. (An additional cost in many villas.) The cot converts to a both an intermediate and toddler bed.
- There are 3 dining areas. The kitchen nook, by the pool & a dining room. There is also a family room & reading room - both overlook the pool (access via sliding doors).
- Family Room has cable TV, DVD & HiFi (DVDs & CDs supplied!
